Withdrawal from the contract

1. When you can withdraw

1. As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, and also before you receive them. You meet the deadline if you send your statement on the last day.
2. This does not apply to custom-made goods (zboží na míru): a product with your name or other text, with a logo or image you sent us, or with a breed that we newly modelled to your brief (Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). Choosing a colour, shape or breed from a list does not make goods custom-made, so you can return such a product.
3. You can make a complaint (reklamace) about a defect in any product, including custom-made goods. The procedure is set out in our complaints procedure.

2. Form

Fill in the form and send it as an e-mail to ja.natocim@gmail.com, or print it and send it by letter to Yurii Bliusiuk, Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.

Sending directly from the website will start together with orders through the website. Until then, you can also simply write an e-mail in your own words: it is enough that it makes clear you are withdrawing from the contract.

3. How to return the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning them. You can choose:

• Zásilkovna. Write to us and we will send you a return code. With it, you hand in the parcel at any pickup point or Z-BOX. We will tell you the price of the code under the Zásilkovna price list in advance and deduct it from the amount we refund.
• Česká pošta to Yurii Bliusiuk, Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1. We do not accept other carriers at this address.
• In person in Prague at Želivského metro station, at a time we agree.

Do not send the goods cash on delivery (dobírka). We will not accept such a parcel. Pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

1. Within 14 days of your withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price, shipping in the amount of the cheapest delivery method we offer (Balíkovna, 89 Kč) and the cash on delivery surcharge.
2. We will send the money once we receive the goods or once you prove to us that you have sent them.
3. We refund card or GoPay payments the same way. We refund cash on delivery and cash payments by transfer to the account given in the form.
4. If the goods are damaged more than trying them out would cause, we may ask you to compensate us for the reduction in their value.
