How reviews work here
- Only someone who ordered from us can write a review on the site. The link comes by e-mail after the order is received and belongs to one order. These reviews are labelled “Verified purchase”.
- Some reviews customers wrote to us on Instagram, in a message or in person. We publish them only with their consent and with a label saying where they come from (“from Instagram”, “from a message”…).
- For a review we give a 5 % discount on the next order. Everyone who writes a review gets it, whatever the number of stars and whatever they write. If the customer also tags us in an Instagram story, the discount is 10 %.
- We read reviews before publishing them. We only leave out spam, insults, other people’s personal data or text unrelated to the purchase. We don’t remove critical reviews.
- All published reviews are here, newest first. The average counts all of them. The home page shows only a few.
