The cash-on-delivery surcharge is exactly what the carrier charges us for it. It applies even when shipping is free. If you pay the full price in advance, you don’t pay it.
Custom items: 100 Kč deposit
If your order includes a custom item, you pay either the full price or a 100 Kč deposit (záloha) in advance. You pay the rest on delivery or on pickup. There is one deposit per order. If you don’t pay it within 48 hours, the order lapses. Ready-made items without personalisation can be paid in full on collection.
Discount for more pieces
2+ pieces −5 %, 5+ pieces −10 %, 10+ pieces −15 %. All pieces in the order count, even different products. The discount applies to goods only, not to shipping.
